Refund Policy

This page defines the public route for Pulscam refund and chargeback information. Final legal and payment processor language must be reviewed before public launch.

Digital services

Token-based, private show, Fan Club, media and other digital services may be subject to separate purchase, usage and refund rules.

Manual review

Refund requests, disputed purchases and chargeback cases should be reviewed with transaction history, usage records, abuse signals and platform policy.

Fraud and abuse

Fraudulent activity, account abuse, policy violations or misuse of paid features may limit refund eligibility.

Processor rules

Payment provider terms, card network rules and legal obligations may also apply to refunds and disputes.

This is a pre-launch policy route. Final refund terms must be aligned with Pulscam Terms of Service, payment processor rules and legal review.
