Model Agreement
This Agreement defines the eligibility, consent, content, verification, earnings, payout, safety and account rules for individual Pulscam creators.
1. Scope and incorporated policies
This Agreement applies to every individual creator, model, performer or applicant who requests or uses Pulscam creator access, broadcasting tools, paid interactions, media features, earnings or payout functions.
The Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Biometric & Identity Verification Policy, Payments & Tokens Policy, Age / 18+ Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Reporting & Takedown Policy, DMCA / Copyright Policy and any applicable consent or recordkeeping notice form part of this Agreement where relevant.
2. Eligibility, identity and mandatory approval
The creator must be at least 18 years old, must have reached the legal age of majority applicable to their participation, and must be legally permitted to create adult-oriented content, enter this Agreement and receive payments.
Pulscam uses an internally controlled verification workflow to confirm completion and consistency of required identity documents, account data, selfie-to-document comparison, liveness, consent and eligibility records.
Incomplete or inconsistent applications are returned to the relevant step as RECHECK REQUIRED. Only a complete file proceeds to ADMIN REVIEW PENDING.
Automated tools do not approve a creator. Authorized Pulscam personnel conduct mandatory manual review and record the final outcome as APPROVED, RECHECK REQUIRED, REJECTED or SUSPENDED PENDING ADDITIONAL REVIEW.
Only final APPROVED status permits creator live access, monetization, tips, paid interactions, eligible earnings and payout access.
3. Voluntary informed consent and safety
Participation must be voluntary, informed, lawful and free from pressure, threats, manipulation, exploitation, trafficking, blackmail, debt pressure, housing pressure, employment pressure, immigration pressure, intoxication, deception or abuse of vulnerability.
The creator must never assist, host, manage, pressure, recruit or depict a minor, coerced person, trafficked person, incapacitated person or anyone unable to give informed consent.
Pulscam may restrict access, preserve evidence, hold affected payouts, request re-verification and escalate serious safety concerns where legally appropriate.
4. Independent creator relationship
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, the creator participates as an independent creator and not as an employee, partner, agent, franchisee or representative of Pulscam.
The legal classification depends on the actual circumstances and mandatory law, not only on the title of this Agreement.
- The creator chooses whether and when to use available creator tools.
- Pulscam does not require a minimum number of broadcasting hours unless a separate, expressly accepted programme says otherwise.
- The creator may refuse any request, tip-menu action or interaction.
- No tip or payment creates a duty to perform an unwanted act.
- There is no exclusivity unless separately agreed in writing.
- Pulscam may enforce safety, legal, verification, payment and platform rules without controlling the creator's lawful personal performance choices.
5. Account responsibility and security
The creator must protect credentials, devices, verification records and payout settings and must promptly report account takeover, coercion, impersonation, payout compromise or unauthorized studio control.
The creator must not sell, rent, lend or transfer the account, allow another person to complete liveness, or permit an unapproved person to broadcast through the account.
6. Co-performers and depicted persons
Every person appearing in creator content must be an eligible verified adult and must provide valid, informed and appropriately recorded consent before publication or monetization.
Each co-performer may be required to complete independent age, identity, liveness and consent checks. The creator must not rely only on a personal assurance, studio statement or previously stored image.
Consent records must identify the participant, permitted content or account scope, recording and publication rights, monetized access, version and date. A withdrawal or dispute must be reported promptly and may require restriction, removal, evidence preservation or additional review.
7. Creator warranties and prohibited conduct
The creator represents that all broadcasts, media, profile text, messages and paid interactions are lawful, consensual, owned or authorized and involve only eligible verified adults.
Prohibited activity includes minors, CSAM, trafficking, coercion, hidden-camera material, non-consensual intimate content, impersonation, stolen media, copyright infringement, fraud, phishing, off-platform payment solicitation, escorting, controlled substances, weapons and any activity prohibited by Pulscam policies or applicable law.
8. Content ownership and Pulscam licence
The creator retains ownership of eligible creator-owned content.
The creator grants Pulscam a non-exclusive, worldwide licence, for the period reasonably required to operate the service and satisfy surviving obligations, to host, store, transmit, display, format, transcode, deliver, watermark, moderate, protect, monetize and make the content available through Pulscam.
The licence includes limited sublicensing to infrastructure, streaming, storage, security, payment and service providers only as necessary to operate Pulscam.
Internal previews and promotion within Pulscam may be used to present the creator's profile and content. Material external advertising using the creator's identity should be subject to a separate permission or clearly disclosed promotional setting.
After deletion or termination, Pulscam may retain restricted copies required for previously purchased access, disputes, moderation, fraud, legal claims, accounting, safety or valid preservation duties.
9. Broadcasting and paid interactions
Live broadcasting, private shows, tips, paid messages, premium media and other monetized features depend on creator approval, technical availability, user eligibility, platform configuration and compliance status.
The creator may refuse any request. Pulscam does not guarantee traffic, ranking, followers, spending, income, uninterrupted tools or any particular payout amount.
10. Token economics and creator earnings
Pulscam sells tokens to users. The creator does not sell tokens and is not entitled to any portion of VAT collected from users.
For each eligible token spent in connection with the creator's content or services, the creator accrues earnings at the fixed contractual rate of USD 0.05 per eligible token.
A user token has a current base purchase price of USD 0.10, with applicable VAT charged separately according to the purchaser's location. The user-facing price and the creator earning rate are legally and operationally separate.
Only valid, settled and eligible token activity creates creator earnings. Test balances, errors, fraudulent purchases, reversed payments and ineligible activity do not create payable earnings.
11. Standard hold and payout requests
Creator earnings are initially pending and are subject to a standard hold of 14 calendar days for payment settlement, fraud, refund, chargeback and compliance review.
Under the standard regime, payout requests are available according to Pulscam's 14-day payout cycle and are processed only after the creator submits a request. No automatic payout is made merely because a cycle has passed.
The minimum payout request is USD 100. Supported payout methods are currently bank transfer and Paxum, subject to country, provider and account eligibility.
Pulscam charges an administration fee of USD 5 per payout request. Any provider or bank charges shown before confirmation may apply separately.
12. Accelerated and daily payout eligibility
After at least six months of active participation, a creator may become eligible for accelerated or daily payout requests based on internal fraud-prevention, payment-risk, account-integrity and compliance assessments.
Eligibility is not automatic. Where approved, Pulscam may permit payout of eligible earnings without waiting for the standard 14-calendar-day hold.
Daily payout requests are generally processed within approximately 2–3 business days, subject to banking schedules, public holidays, provider availability, verification, compliance review and justified operational delays.
Eligibility may be suspended or withdrawn where the risk profile changes, including elevated chargebacks, fraud indicators, account compromise, payout mismatch, unresolved consent or content concerns, legal holds or provider restrictions.
A risk score alone does not prove fraud or permit permanent forfeiture of uncontested earnings. The creator may request human review through support@pulscam.com.
13. Holds, reserves, deductions and disputes
Pulscam may temporarily hold, reserve, offset or deduct amounts only for documented reasons such as refunds, reversals, chargebacks, fraud, payment-provider action, identity mismatch, illegal or non-consensual content, copyright claims, tax corrections, legal holds or amounts properly owed under this Agreement.
A processor rolling reserve may affect Pulscam's merchant settlement. It is not automatically treated as a creator debt unless a specific, disclosed and legally permitted creator reserve applies.
Holds and deductions should identify the affected amount and general reason category where disclosure is legally and operationally appropriate. The creator may contest a hold or deduction through support@pulscam.com.
Chargeback fees are handled according to the final payment-processor terms and applicable law. No unresolved processor-dependent fee allocation is imposed by this candidate text.
14. Payout documentation, taxes and reporting
A payout is not final until approved, processed and marked Paid. Pulscam generates or retains the applicable settlement, statement or accounting record when the payout is marked Paid.
The creator is responsible for personal income-tax, registration, invoicing and reporting obligations unless mandatory law or a separate written arrangement provides otherwise.
Pulscam may request tax residence, tax-identification and due-diligence information and may delay payout where legally required, including for applicable platform-reporting duties.
15. Privacy, biometric data and records
Identity, liveness, payment, content and audit data is processed under the Privacy Policy and Biometric & Identity Verification Policy.
Biometric or liveness consent, where required, is recorded separately from general acceptance. Pulscam may retain limited records under another valid legal basis where necessary for legal obligations, accounting, disputes, safety, fraud prevention or legal claims.
Electronic acceptance, policy versions, IP address, user-agent, verification status, admin decision, payout status and relevant audit records form part of the creator compliance file.
16. Suspension, re-review and appeal
Pulscam may impose an emergency temporary restriction without advance notice where necessary to address suspected minors, CSAM, trafficking, active fraud, immediate safety risk, account compromise or a binding legal requirement.
For other significant restrictions, Pulscam will provide an appropriate reason category and an opportunity to submit information or request review where legally and operationally possible.
A creator may request review of verification, suspension, payout hold, daily-payout eligibility or termination decisions through support@pulscam.com. Human review may confirm, modify or reverse an earlier decision.
17. Termination, account closure and surviving obligations
The creator may request account closure, subject to unresolved payouts, disputes, safety matters, legal holds and required records.
Uncontested eligible earnings remain subject to final reconciliation and applicable payout rules. Termination does not erase properly accrued payment obligations, valid deductions, chargebacks or required records.
Public profile and content access will be disabled or handled according to applicable content rights, previously purchased access, legal holds and safety obligations.
Clauses concerning ownership, licences already required for delivered services, payments, disputes, confidentiality, evidence and legal claims survive to the extent necessary.
18. Studio detach and account portability
A creator linked to a studio may contact Pulscam directly and confidentially to dispute control, request unlinking, report coercion or request conversion to an independent relationship.
The studio cannot prevent the creator from contacting Pulscam. Pulscam may suspend studio control while reviewing the request and may preserve the creator's identity record, stage name, compliance history, eligible content and uncontested earnings where legally and technically possible.
Any transfer or conversion is subject to identity re-verification, account-security review, payout reconciliation, content-right review and the resolution of legitimate disputes.
19. Changes, governing terms and contacts
Material changes to creator earning rates, payout rules, content licence or verification obligations will be communicated through an appropriate notice and renewed acceptance where required.
Final governing law, jurisdiction and operator identity will be inserted before commercial launch without limiting mandatory protections available under applicable law.
