Acceptable Use Policy
This Policy defines prohibited content and conduct and explains urgent restrictions, permanent human review, appeals and block-evasion rules.
1. Scope and core principles
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to visitors, viewers, creators, studios, performers and anyone who accesses, transmits, uploads, streams, purchases or manages content or interactions through Pulscam.
Use must be lawful, adult-only, consensual, non-exploitative and consistent with the rights and safety of others.
2. Minors, CSAM and grooming
Child sexual abuse material, child exploitation, grooming, solicitation of minors, sexualization of minors, underage roleplay, age-play involving minors and content intended to make an adult appear to be a minor are prohibited.
Attempts to request, trade, link to, describe, normalize, conceal or arrange such material or conduct are also prohibited.
3. Consent, coercion and trafficking
Non-consensual intimate content, hidden-camera material, revenge content, trafficking, forced participation, sexual exploitation and conduct involving a person unable to give informed consent are prohibited.
Consent is invalid where obtained through threats, blackmail, deception, intoxication, impaired judgment, violence, account control, economic or survival pressure, housing or employment pressure, immigration pressure, debt pressure or abuse of vulnerability.
4. Prohibited sexual and exploitative content
Bestiality, sexual activity involving a deceased person, content sexualizing severe violence, incest content involving minors, and any sexual content prohibited by applicable law are not allowed.
Pulscam may prohibit additional high-risk categories where required by law, safety obligations, processor rules or documented platform standards.
5. Violence, threats, self-harm and dangerous conduct
Credible threats, glorification or instruction for serious violence, encouragement of suicide or self-harm, torture, severe abuse and content created through actual coercion or serious injury are prohibited.
Pulscam may interrupt a broadcast or contact emergency services where an immediate and credible danger is identified.
6. Hate and extremist content
Content that promotes or praises violent extremist organizations, recruits for terrorism, threatens protected groups or dehumanizes persons in a manner prohibited by law or Pulscam policy is prohibited.
Contextual reporting, documentary, educational or counterspeech material may be assessed differently where it does not promote the prohibited conduct.
7. Harassment, stalking, doxxing and blackmail
Targeted harassment, stalking, threats, extortion, blackmail, sharing private identifying information without authorization and coordinated abuse are prohibited.
Users must not pressure a creator or another user to reveal personal contact details, meet offline or continue an unwanted interaction.
8. Impersonation, fraud, phishing and malware
Impersonation, fake creator or studio profiles, scams, phishing, credential theft, malware, deceptive links, false payment claims, evidence fabrication and manipulation of verification or account ownership are prohibited.
9. Illegal goods, services and off-platform transactions
Pulscam must not be used to arrange escorting, pay-per-meet activity, trafficking, controlled-substance sales, weapons transactions, money laundering, fraud or other illegal goods or services.
Moving paid or adult interactions outside Pulscam, sharing contact information to bypass platform controls and requesting off-platform payment are prohibited.
10. Payment, token and payout abuse
Users must not self-tip, recycle value, coordinate accounts to manufacture earnings, exploit refunds, submit abusive chargebacks, launder funds, use stolen payment instruments or manipulate token, earnings, payout or tax records.
Pulscam may temporarily hold related transactions or payouts while a genuine fraud, safety, rights or payment dispute is reviewed.
11. Privacy, recording and intellectual property
Unauthorized recording, screenshots, copying, scraping, redistribution or publication of another person's private or paid content is prohibited.
Users may upload or stream only material they own or are authorized to use and must respect privacy, publicity, copyright and consent rights.
12. Creator, studio and co-performer duties
Creators and studios must ensure that every depicted person is an eligible adult, has provided valid consent and has completed required verification and recordkeeping.
A studio must not control a performer's identity documents, credentials, consent or access to Pulscam as a means of coercion and must not retaliate against a performer who reports a concern or requests detach.
13. Account abuse, block evasion and alternate accounts
Users must not evade a suspension, ban, age restriction, creator restriction, geographic restriction or another person's block through an alternate account, shared account, proxy identity or coordinated third party.
A blocked user must not use another account to contact, follow, message, tip or otherwise approach the person who applied the block.
14. Spam, automation and service interference
Unauthorized bots, scraping, bulk messaging, credential testing, denial-of-service activity, vulnerability exploitation, reverse engineering used for abuse and interference with moderation, security, payment or verification controls are prohibited.
15. Reporting and urgent temporary restrictions
Suspected violations may be reported through available in-product controls or support@pulscam.com.
Automated signals may trigger an urgent temporary restriction, content hold or broadcast stop where necessary to limit immediate risk. Such a signal does not by itself authorize a permanent ban.
16. Human review, permanent action and proportionality
A permanent ban or comparable permanent account action requires human review. The reviewer may consider severity, intent, context, prior conduct, affected persons, available evidence and the risk of recurrence.
Pulscam may act immediately in serious cases and may apply permanent action after review for a single severe violation; repeated warnings are not required where the conduct creates serious legal or safety risk.
17. Notice, appeal and non-retaliation
Where appropriate and legally permitted, Pulscam provides a general reason for an enforcement action. Affected persons may appeal through support@pulscam.com.
Where reasonably available, high-impact appeals should receive review by a person who was not solely responsible for the original decision. Retaliation against a reporter, witness or performer is prohibited.
18. Evidence preservation and authorities
Pulscam may preserve relevant content, communications, account links, verification status, payment records and moderation evidence for legal duties, safety investigations, disputes or claims.
Serious suspected criminal conduct may be reported or disclosed to competent authorities where required or lawfully appropriate.
19. Contact and legal review status
Policy, safety and appeal contact: support@pulscam.com. Legal notices: legal@pulscam.com.
This Policy remains a pre-production candidate until the final moderation taxonomy, enforcement matrix, appeal workflow, evidence-retention periods, supported jurisdictions and operator details are verified.
