Ordinary viewers provide date of birth and an 18+ declaration by default. Creator and performer access requires separate identity, age, consent and final manual approval.

1. Adults-only rule

Pulscam is an adults-only platform. A person may use Pulscam only if they are at least 18 years old and have reached any higher legal age required for the relevant activity in their location.

A parent or guardian cannot consent to a minor's access because the service is not offered to minors.

2. Ordinary viewer age assurance

An ordinary viewer is expected to provide a date of birth and an 18+ declaration and to pass the platform's adult-access controls.

Pulscam does not require identity documents, liveness or biometric verification from every viewer by default. Additional age or identity assurance may be required where law, risk, payment-provider rules, account recovery or a justified safety concern requires it.

3. Higher local age and territorial restrictions

Where local law requires an age above 18, a stronger age-assurance method or prohibits the service, the higher or more restrictive rule applies.

Users must not use false birth information, another person's identity or location-masking tools to evade an age or territorial restriction.

4. Creator, studio and performer verification

Creator applicants, studio-managed performers and required co-performers must complete the applicable identity, age, consent, liveness and eligibility process before broadcasting, monetization or appearing in paid adult content.

Automated workflow completion does not grant approval. Only a final APPROVED decision recorded after mandatory human review enables creator access and monetization.

5. Every depicted person must be eligible

No person may appear in adult-oriented, monetized or creator-submitted content unless Pulscam's required age, identity, consent and authorization records have been completed for that person.

A creator or studio must not use another person's account, old identity images, edited documents, stored selfies or substituted liveness to bypass verification.

6. Zero tolerance for minors and age-play involving minors

Child sexual abuse material, grooming, solicitation of minors, sexualization of minors, underage roleplay, age-play involving minors and content intended to make an adult appear to be a minor are prohibited.

This rule applies to video, images, live streams, chat, private messages, usernames, profile text, room topics, tip menus, links and off-platform arrangements initiated through Pulscam.

7. Suspected underage viewer or account

Where an account is reasonably suspected of being used by a minor or using false age information, Pulscam may apply an immediate temporary restriction, preserve relevant evidence and require clarification or additional assurance.

A human reviewer assesses the available evidence. A temporary restriction is not by itself a final finding, but access may remain disabled while the risk is unresolved.

8. Suspected minor in content

Content or live activity involving a suspected minor may be removed from public access or stopped immediately. Pulscam may preserve evidence, restrict linked accounts, hold affected payouts and make reports where legally required.

Users must report suspected minor involvement immediately through the available reporting controls or support@pulscam.com.

9. Re-verification

Pulscam may request re-verification where a document expires, account control changes, a studio relationship changes, a mismatch appears, identity is disputed or a justified legal, safety, fraud or provider concern arises.

Re-verification is not automatically an accusation of wrongdoing.

10. False positives, correction and appeal

A person affected by an age-related restriction may provide corrected birth information, a valid document where requested, an explanation of a mismatch or other supporting evidence.

Appeals and correction requests may be sent to support@pulscam.com. Permanent creator rejection or permanent account action requires appropriate human review.

11. Data minimization and privacy

Pulscam should use the least intrusive age-assurance method reasonably capable of addressing the relevant risk and legal requirement.

Age, identity, selfie, liveness and biometric-related data are handled under the Privacy Policy and Biometric & Identity Verification Policy. Viewer age assurance, if expanded beyond date of birth and declaration, requires a specific updated notice.

12. Contact and legal review status

Age, safety and underage-access concerns may be reported to support@pulscam.com.

This Policy remains a pre-production candidate until the final supported-country matrix, viewer age-assurance design, creator workflow, retention periods, reporting procedures and operator details are confirmed.

This candidate is not final production legal text. Final publication requires the supported-country and age-assurance matrix, verified creator workflow, retention schedule and completed operator details.
