Pre-production legal draft
This page is a controlled pre-production draft for Pulscam. The final statement must be reviewed and completed with the correct legal operator, records custodian and business address before production launch.

Adults-only performer statement

Pulscam is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. Any actual person who appears in creator-submitted visual material made available through Pulscam must be an adult at the time the material is recorded, uploaded, streamed or otherwise made available through the platform.

Third-party creator and user-submitted material

Pulscam is designed as an online platform where verified creators, studios and authorized account holders may submit, transmit, store, stream, retrieve, format and manage material through tools provided by the service. For creator-submitted material, Pulscam’s role is intended to be limited to operating the platform, hosting infrastructure, account controls, compliance workflows, technical formatting, moderation tools and review processes.

Pulscam may remove, restrict, suspend or report material or accounts that appear to violate applicable law, platform policies, age/consent requirements, copyright rules, payment rules, or safety standards.

Platform-created or promotional material

To the extent Pulscam creates or controls any promotional, marketing, interface, demonstration or platform-owned visual material, Pulscam will maintain or obtain appropriate age, identity, consent and rights records where legally required and where such material falls within applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Creator verification and payout eligibility

Pulscam’s creator onboarding is designed to include age confirmation, identity review, consent confirmations, liveness/biometric review where applicable, agreement acceptance, payout eligibility review and admin approval before creators are allowed to access production broadcasting or receive real payouts.

Designated records custodian

Records custodian: To be designated before production launch.

Business address for records: To be completed before production launch.

The final production version of this page must identify the appropriate custodian and business address for records where required by applicable law. Pulscam will not publish a final custodian statement using placeholder or inaccurate details.

Development status

Pulscam is currently in pre-production development. This page exists to reserve the legal route, avoid broken footer links and prepare the compliance structure for final legal review. The final 2257/recordkeeping statement must be reviewed before real public launch, production broadcasting, monetized adult content operations or commercial release.

Role determination and recordkeeping controls

The obligations under 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 depend on the facts, the type of depiction, the conduct shown and whether a person or entity is treated as a producer for the particular material. This page does not claim a blanket statutory exemption for Pulscam, any creator or any studio.

Creator and studio responsibilities

Platform compliance controls

Pulscam may require identity documents, date-of-birth evidence, liveness review, consent records, performer-content associations, studio authority records, aliases, audit events and other compliance evidence before broadcasting, publication or monetization is enabled. Access may be suspended or refused where evidence is missing, inconsistent, expired, altered or cannot be reliably associated with the performer and material.

Record segregation, access and retention

Where Part 75 applies, required records must be maintained and organized in the manner required by applicable law, kept separate from unrelated records where required, protected from unauthorized access and made available for lawful inspection when legally required. Pulscam’s operational verification files do not automatically replace records that a creator, studio or other producer is legally required to maintain.

Custodian and records-location statement

Pulscam will publish a final custodian name and records address only after the operator entity, responsible custodian, applicable producer role and lawful records location have been confirmed. Until then, the existing custodian and address fields remain intentionally incomplete and must not be interpreted as a final compliance statement.

Final classification of Pulscam, creators and studios under §§ 2257 and 2257A, together with the final custodian statement, inspection process and retention schedule, requires review by qualified counsel before commercial launch.
